The accuracy of all measurement systems needs to be periodically checked, to minimize possible errors. Leak Testing is no different, but calling in the specialist can be expensive. ION SYSTEMS calibrated master leaks allow you to validate your own system at a fraction of the cost of an engineers visit. With a known good component, simply ‘plug in’ the master leak to ascertain the accuracy of the entire system.

Calibrated Leaks

Each calibrated master leak is individually manufactured, and calibrated, specifically to your requirement or leak specification. Serial numbered, leak masters come complete with certification showing traceability to relevant national standards.

All that’s required to specify your leak is:

• LEAK RATE (e.g. 4 cc/min)
• TEST PRESSURE (e.g. 1.5 Bar)
• TEST GAS (e.g. Air)

The quick fit connector for ‘plug and play’ use is optional, as leaks can be fitted to your component as the ultimate test.
